Authorities arrested at least five people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between 2:30 p.m. Friday and 2:30 p.m. Saturday, booking records show.

Those booked and the counts against them:

John Alexander, 47, 2247 Oleander St., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, reckless operation, failure to signal/improper turns and improper left/right turns.

Abdul Nagi, 52, La. 1, Addis, first-offense DWI, possession of alcohol in the vehicle, careless operation and improper lane usage.

Ramon Nieves, 29, 25179 D. Hutchinson Road, Holden, first-offense DWI, reckless operation and driver’s license not in possession.

Savannah Price, 22, 30756 Dunn Road, Denham Springs, first-offense DWI, reckless operation, operating a vehicle with a suspended license and following too close.

Crista Taylor, 24, 17370 Morales Lane, Livingston, first-offense DWI, reckless operation, speeding and improper lane usage.
