A fourth girl came forward Wednesday and told police she had been molested by an 18-year-old Baton Rouge minister who was arrested Monday after telling detectives he had molested 19 children during the last decade.
After Kentrell Jackson was arrested Monday on accusations he molested a 12-year-old girl, he told detectives he had molested 18 other children between ages 6 and 13 since he was 8 years old, a Baton Rouge Police report says.
By Tuesday, two more children came forward accusing him of abuse, police said.
A fourth child, a 13-year-old girl, told detectives Wednesday that Jackson had touched her inappropriately on multiple occasions, including at the church where he ministers, Jesus Name Apostolic Church on Weller Avenue, Baton Rouge Police spokesman L’Jean McKneely said Wednesday evening.
The girl said Jackson also sent an inappropriate picture to her cellphone sometime earlier in January, McKneely said.
Police added two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile and one count of computer-aided solicitation, McKneely said.
Jackson’s bail has been increased from $30,000 to $110,000.
