A Baton Rouge woman is accused in the Saturday stabbing of her husband, who is expected to survive, Baton Rouge police Spokesman Sgt. L'Jean McKneely said.

The incident happened around 12:30 p.m. at 3316 Byron St., McKneely said. No other details on the incident were immediately available.

The major assaults division of the department is handling the investigation, McKneely said.
