One lane of Interstate 10 eastbound west of La. 415 is once again closed due to an accident just two days after an Alexandria man died in a five-vehicle crash in the same area.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation tweeted the closure just after 5:30 p.m. from a Twitter account, saying congestion on the road stretched for about one mile. One lane has since reopened.
