Authorities arrested at least 10 people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish, including one person for an eighth DWI offense and booked them into Parish Prison between 2:30 p.m. Thursday and 2:30 p.m. Saturday, booking records show.

Alex Septh, 37, 1161 Michigan St., Port Allen, eighth-offense DWI, reckless operation, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of alcohol in vehicle, driver’s license suspended/revoked and possession/distribution of Schedule I drugs.
Carlos Ferguson, 23, 5555 Martin Luther King Drive, Carville, first-offense DWI, speeding and driver’s license suspended/revoked.
Katelyn Fruge, 20, 36140 Norfolk Ave., Denham Springs, first-offense DWI, underage driving under the influence and disobeying red light.
Latonya Hamilton, 45, 3434 Iroquois St., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, reckless operation, failure to maintain control, operating vehicle while under suspension for prior offense and operating vehicle while driver’s license suspended.
Maureen Kennedy, 36, 14526 Severn Ave., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, following too close, improper lane usage and reckless operation of vehicle.
Lionel McGuffey, 36, 3674 Coolidge St., Baker, first-offense DWI, drinking in public, false motor vehicle identification certificate and reckless operation of a vehicle.
Matthew Miller, 22, 3984 Elizabeth Deborah Drive, Zachary, first-offense DWI, reckless operation, failure to maintain control and insurance required.
Johnny Morgan, 20, 12074 Newcastle Ave., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, hit and run, failure to maintain control and reckless operation.
Darian Riley, 25, 110 Heritage Riverwood St., Central, first-offense DWI, speeding and failure to maintain control.
Antonio Sosa, 19, 1633 Brook Hollow Drive, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, underage driving under the influence and disobeying red light.
