Authorities arrested at least nine people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish, including one man on his third offense, and booked them into Parish Prison between noon Thursday and noon Friday, booking records show.

Jonathan Broussard, 30, 12419 Partridgewood Drive, Baker, third-offense DWI, reckless operation, speeding and expired motor vehicle inspection.
Meshach Chauvin, 22, 208 8th St., Bridge City, first-offense DWI.
Byron Cook, 32, 3637 Sycamore St., Baton Rouge, second-offense DWI, headlights required, improper lane usage and driver’s license suspended or revoked.
Esteban Martinez, 22, 14918 Audubon Lakes Drive, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, reckless operation, and hit and run.
Ryan Steed, 22, 6323 Chaucer Drive, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI and equipment violation.
Brandon Vaughn, 18, 16430 New Horizon Lane, Prairieville, first-offense DWI and speeding.
David Vest, 24, 5266 Elkhorn Drive, Greenwell Springs, second-offense DWI, reckless operation, speeding and failure to transfer registration.
Leonard Williams, 47, 2854 Yazoo St., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, text messaging prohibited, improper lane usage and reckless operation.
Elizabeth Woodley, 23, 2375 Research Center Drive, Blacksburg, Virginia, first-offense DWI, reckless operation and failure to signal turn.
