Authorities arrested at least four people suspected of driving while intoxicated, including one person accused for the fourth time and another for the third time, in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between 2:30 p.m. Tuesday and 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, booking records show.
Those booked and the counts against them:
Dan Spland, 47, 1900 Blount Road, Baton Rouge, fourth-offense DWI, reckless operation, following too close, driver’s license suspended/revoked, insurance required and possession of an alcoholic beverage.
Stephen Phifer, 42, 2545 Hundred Oaks Ave., Baton Rouge, third-offense DWI, reckless operation and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tyronne Cincore, 33, 4513 Oaklon Avenue, Baton Rouge, second-offense DWI, resisting an officer and headlights required.
Christopher Reed, 24, 14804 Currency Drive, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI and improper lane usage.
