Authorities responding to a possible fire at Istrouma High School about 7 p.m. Saturday found no flames, but saw that vandals had struck the school.

Baton Rouge police spokesman Cpl. Don Coppola Jr., said the intruders vandalized some lockers and motion sensors attached to the alarm system.

“I’m being told it wasn’t a whole lot of damage, but they did get in and do a little damage,” he said.

The investigation is ongoing.
