BR man suspected of exposing himself to 11-year-old girl _lowres

Herman Lewis, 49

A 49-year-old Baton Rouge man is in jail after he exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl while showing the R-rated comedy “Scary Movie 2” to a group of children, the Sheriff’s Office said.

Herman Anthony Lewis, of 16441 S. Harrell’s Ferry Road, blew kisses at the girl after she noticed Lewis was touching himself as the children watched the movie, according to an East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office report.

The four children, all under the age of 14, were playing outside when he let them come inside his house, offered them candy and allowed them to watch the movie without seeking permission from their parents, the report says.

Lewis denied exposing himself or blowing kisses to any of the children, the report says. He told detectives that one of the children selected the movie for the group to watch.

Sheriff’s deputies arrested Lewis late Saturday morning and booked him into Parish Prison on one count of indecent behavior with a juvenile.

His bail had not been set as of Sunday afternoon.
