Man booked in rape, battery of 12-year-old
East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s deputies on Monday arrested a 22-year-old man accused of raping a 12-year-old girl.
The girl told investigators that Alvin Daniels also twice accosted her sexually between September 2013 and April 6, 2014, according to the arrest warrant.
Daniels, 9368 Moss Rose Lane, Baton Rouge, was booked into Parish Prison on two counts of aggravated oral sexual battery and one count of aggravated rape.
Authorities book 4 on suspicion of DWI
Authorities arrested at least four people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between 2:30 p.m. Sunday and 2:30 p.m. Monday, booking records show.
Those booked and the counts against them:
- Stefan Gautreau, 25, 6444 Jones Creek Road, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI and careless operation.
- Timothy Landry, 41, 4773 Mimosa St., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI and tail lights required.
- Danielle Rackley, 22, 9989 Burbank Drive, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, speeding and driver’s licensed/revoked.
- Williams Reynolds, 24, 17505 Jefferson Highway, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI and careless operation.
