Baton Rouge police on Tuesday arrested a 40-year-old man accused in the rape of an 11-year-old girl at his home a couple of weeks ago.
Kenyon Johnson is accused of raping the girl April 13 at his 79th Avenue home, according to a police report.
The girl was taken to a hospital April 15 after she told her mother she was experiencing pain. After a rape kit was performed on her, a doctor told police the girl suffered injuries consistent with sexual assault, the report says.
Johnson was booked into Parish Prison on a count of aggravated rape. His bail was set at $400,000, booking records show.
