— James Barnes, 36, 2022 General Taylor Ave., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI.

— Diogenes Estevao, 39, 4324 NW Ninth Ave., Pompano Beach, Florida, first-offense DWI and improper lane usage.

— Brittany Farmer, 25, 11101 Rieger Road, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, reckless operation of a vehicle, speeding and following too closely.

— Justin Friddle, 29, 3040 Lafiton Lane, Port Allen, first-offense DWI, reckless operation of a vehicle, failure to signal/improper turn and improper lane usage.

— Yimi Garcia, 27, 791 N. Carrollton Ave., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, reckless operation of a vehicle, failure to signal a turn and driving with an expired driver’s license.

— Dmarcus Harbor, 31, 3706 Washington Ave., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, no headlights, improper lane usage, insurance required, driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license and no child restraints.

— Joshua Jasper, 28, 225 Greenhaven Drive, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI and reckless operation of a vehicle.

— Mariel Lavigne, 36, 2134 General Cleburne Ave., first-offense DWI, improper lane usage and driver’s license expired.

— Leslie Munoz-Licona, 31, 16521 Bristoe Ave., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI and obstruction of a public highway.

— Brooklyn Sanders, 21, 245 Patrick Road, Natchitoches, first-offense DWI, improper turn, reckless operation of a vehicle and drinking in a vehicle.
