The Baton Rouge Police Department issued an arrest warrant Saturday night for Courtney Williams, 21, 3119 Midway, accused of fatally shooting three females and injuring one male Saturday afternoon.

Williams will be booked with three counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder upon his arrest, police said.

A domestic dispute apparently led to the shooting.

The shooting occurred at 3:19 p.m. at 1056 Progress St.

A man later identified as Williams entered the residence armed with a pistol and shot the four, police said.

The three females were pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

The male victim was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
