Baton Rouge police on Thursday arrested a man accused of raping a teenage girl several times, including at least once at gunpoint, and threatening to kill her family if she didn’t comply with his demands.
Corey Williams, 36, forced the girl, who is currently 14, to have sex with him for the first time in September, according to a Baton Rouge Police Department report. In that incident, the girl tried to run away, but Williams locked the door and threw her onto a bed, telling her “it’ll all be over in a minute,” the report says.
Williams raped the girl about nine times between October and February and regularly threatened to kill her mother and siblings, the report says. In the final encounter in February, Williams put a pistol to the girl’s head and told her he would “blow her brains out” if she didn’t do what he told her, the report says.
Williams is a registered sex offender who has previously been convicted on felony carnal knowledge, the report says.
Williams, 1635 Blanche Court, Baton Rouge, was booked into Parish Prison on two counts of first-degree rape and one count of molestation of a juvenile. He remains in jail in lieu of $125,000 bail.
