Authorities arrested at least six people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between 2:30 p.m. Friday and 2:30 p.m. Saturday, booking records show.
Those booked and the counts against them:
Victor Grijalva, 22, 8544 St. Landry Avenue, Gonzales, first-offense DWI, reckless operation, following too close, improper lane usage and driver’s license not in possession.
Freddie Jefferson, 51, 12414 White Chapel Avenue, Baton Rouge, second-offense DWI, improper lane usage and following too close.
Petia Manchina, 20, 11635 Baylor Drive, Baton Rouge, underage DWI, failure to signal, red light disobeyed, drinking in a motor vehicle and alcohol purchased by a juvenile.
Jose Marcquez-Melgar, 30, 3180 Highland Road, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, failure to maintain control and driver’s license required.
Arthur Mason, 28, 4005 Nicholson Drive, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI and improper lane usage.
Troy Parker, 21, 4302 Fourchon Drive, Baker, second-offense DWI, obstruction of public passage, operating a vehicle while under suspension and reckless operation.
