Authorities arrested at least five people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between noon Sunday and noon Monday, booking records show.
Those booked and the counts against them:
— Jolaina Collins, 23, 7218 Townsouth Ave., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, speeding, child restraint violation and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
— Gerald Dupont, 30, 1023 Laurel St., Baton Rouge, third-offense DWI, failure to register vehicle and failure to properly display license plate.
— Sean Hopkins, 33, 4511 La. 308, Napoleonville, first-offense DWI, vehicular homicide, reckless operation of a vehicle and driver’s license expired.
— Bernard Morris, 54, 5720 Larchwood Drive, Baton Rouge, third-offense DWI, reckless operation of a vehicle, obstruction of a public passage and drinking in a vehicle.
— Gerald Tate, 23, 8918 Thelma St., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, headlights required and reckless operation of a vehicle.
