Authorities arrested at least five people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between noon Wednesday and noon Thursday, booking records show.

Those booked and the counts against them:

Andre Manchester, 28, 9864 Hyacinth Ave., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, reckless operation of a vehicle and speeding.

Jordan Millet, 25, 504 N. Millet St., Gramercy, first-offense DWI and speeding.

Andrew Morgan, 35, 12287 W. Blackcat Road, Independence, first-offense DWI, reckless operation of a vehicle, negligent vehicular injuring and failure to yield the right of way.

Lynda Rulf, 50, 6106 Groom Road, Baker, first-offense DWI, improper lane usage and failure to maintain control.

Johanna Sampson, 42, 2041 Amir Drive, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, possession of an alcoholic beverage in a vehicle and speeding
