Police are looking for a 31-year-old man accused of repeatedly raping a 14-year-old girl between October and December.

The victim told Baton Rouge Police that she regularly visited someone who lived with Karshawn Lee Brooks at a Baton Rouge home and that in September, Brooks began getting into bed with her when she would stay the night and touching her inappropriately, the police report says.

The victim told detectives that from October to December Brooks raped her on six occasions at the home. The victim said the person she visited worked nights, and Brooks and she were alone in the house whenever he raped her, the report says.

Brooks told the victim that “he was going to teach her a lesson,” the report says.

Brooks, 2556 Barber St., is wanted on third-degree rape and sexual battery.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts can call Baton Rouge Police at (225) 389-3853.
