Authorities arrested at least 13 people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish— including one person on third-offense DWI — and booked them into Parish Prison between 2:30 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday, booking records show.

Those booked and the counts against them:

Marvin Baker, 39, 13931 Alsen Heights Parkway, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, distributing or manufacturing schedule I drugs, failure to maintain control, resisting an officer, hit and run, driver’s license suspended or revoked, and vehicular negligence with injury.

Carlos Contreras, 39, 36043 Wilmington St., Denham Springs, first-offense DWI and failure to maintain control.

Romal Cross, 57, 8165 Plank Road, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, failure to maintain control and reckless operation.

Ellen Djedjos, 32, 8573 E. Cypress Point, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI.

Raven Foster, 44, 5835 Silverleaf Ave., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, failure to signal, text messaging prohibited and driver’s license suspended or revoked.

Brett Gaspard, 24, 231 Baker Road, Franklin, first-offense DWI, driver’s license suspended or revoked and failure to maintain control.

Vincente Gomez Chavez, 42, 205 Catherine Drive, Denham Springs, first-offense DWI, reckless operation, drinking in motor vehicle and improper lane usage.

Brian Guillory, 32, 513 Meadowlark Drive, Alexandria, first-offense DWI, possession of schedule IV drugs, marijuana possession and failure to maintain control.

Magen Hall, 24, 2751 Rollins Road, Zachary, first-offense DWI and failure to maintain control.

Abel Haselden, 38, 39722 Greenwell Springs Road, Clinton, first-offense DWI, motor vehicle inspection required, license plate required, reckless operation, speeding, drinking in a motor vehicle and driver’s license suspended or revoked.

Marcy Kutzer, 31, 6645 St. Ann Ave. Baton Rouge, third-offense DWI, reckless operation, brake lights required and driver’s license expired.

Kimberly Phillips, 22, 16623 Ticonderoga Ave., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, open container violation, reckless operation and flight from officer.

John White, 27, 2908 Morning Glory Drive, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, failure to signal and reckless operation.
