Authorities arrested at least five people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between 2:30 p.m. Monday and 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, booking records show.

Those booked and the counts against them:

Lionel Barrett, 42, 2274 Bayou Blue Road, Houma, first-offense DWI, driving left of center, improper turn signal, and reckless operation.

Matthew Brown, 37, 6200 E. 41st St., Anchorage, Alaska, first-offense DWI, resisting an officer, intimidating a public official, and careless operation.

Stephen Gonzales, 18, 12412 Old Mill Drive, Geismar, underage DWI, license plate required, disobeying a red light, improper lane usage, and failure to yield at a stop sign.

Adam Pete, 36, 303 Carl Drive, Opelousas, first-offense DWI, improper lane usage, drinking in a motor vehicle, and speeding.

Devin Piedra, 22, 1442 Brightside Drive, Baton Rouge, second-offense DWI, careless operation, possession of an alcoholic beverage in a vehicle, and driving left of center.
