Police arrested an 18 year-old man Monday after he was accused of driving a 15-year-old girl in October to a dead end road in Baton Rouge and raping her.

The victim told Baton Rouge police that Michael Douglas Holmes drove her to the dead end road, later identified as the 11300 block of Cypress Glen, in October and began touching her inappropriately, the police report says.

The victim said afterward Holmes pulled off her clothes and raped her while she tried to pull away and told him to stop repeatedly, according to the report.

Holmes told an East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s deputy Feb. 2 that he had sex with the girl but did not know her age, the report says.

When Baton Rouge police interviewed Holmes Monday, though, he told them he never had sex with her.

Police booked Holmes, 11251 Devall Lane, into Parish Prison on second-degree rape.
