A Baton Rouge man was arrested Tuesday after police said a woman complained to police she discovered he’d taken naked videos of her.
Joseph Davis, 52, of 2525 Monte Sano Ave., is accused of video voyeurism and pornography involving a juvenile, according to a Baton Rouge Police report. A woman told authorities Tuesday morning she found Davis’ phone containing videos of her without clothing taken without her consent while she was inside her residence, the document said.
The device also contained several pictures of topless girls, the report said.
Davis was also found to be the subject of a warrant accusing him of failing to register as a sex offender and of failing to notify officials of his change of address.
Davis was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison and was assigned a bond of $75,000, according to jail records.
