Authorities arrested at least five people suspected of driving while intoxicated in East Baton Rouge Parish and booked them into Parish Prison between 2:30 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday, booking records show.

Those booked and the counts against them:

­— Barry Arceneaux, 43, 1463 Carter Ave., Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, failure to maintain control, simple criminal damage to property and expired driver’s license.

­— Ruth Cooper, 56, 920 Robinson Circle, Winnsboro, first-offense DWI, failure maintain control and reckless operation.

­— Quentin Major, 30, 635 County Road 30, Tuskegee, Alabama, first-offense DWI, reckless operation and equipment violation.

­— David Nickles, 61, 1534 Court St., Port Allen, first-offense DWI, reckless operation and motor vehicle inspection required.

­— Gusberto Villa, 45, 1076 Manson Drive, Baton Rouge, first-offense DWI, improper lane usage and driver’s license not in possession.
