No more pencils, no more books ... no more teachers’ hip-hop looks?

School’s not yet out for the summer, but we’re getting close. And that means exams.

At Central Middle School, faculty members released their annual music video Wednesday encouraging students as they gear up for state testing and other exams.

“Dominate (That Test),” performed by school speech therapist Leslie Pierce, is set to the music of pop star Rihanna’s “Desperado.” The video features slow-motion footage of faculty members striking poses, breaking pencils and making various other moves in classrooms, the gym and the hallway.

Among the student-friendly lyrics:

“If you want,

I got a No. 2,

just for you.

Do your best,

on the test.

There ain’t nothing

stopping me anymore

Dominate that test.”
