LSU is tied for 443rd among about 500 colleges and universities in a survey published Wednesday by the Wall Street Journal.

Tulane University is the top-rated school in Louisiana at No. 71 and tied with the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

Xavier University in New Orleans is listed in a tie for No 357.

One of the schools LSU was tied with is Loyola University in New Orleans.
