Duck Dynasty’s Willie Robertson has made no secret of his support for Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal’s campaign for president.

Robertson has talked about backing Jindal’s run in multiple interviews, and on June 30 — the cutoff date for Jindal’s first presidential campaign finance report — Robertson sent multiple emails (via Team Jindal’s official email list), urging supporters to “chip in $100, $50, even $25 before this important fundraising deadline.” There is even a donate page on Jindal’s website featuring Robertson and Jindal together as the main image.

But Robertson, himself, doesn’t appear to be among Jindal’s top campaign contributors. In fact, none of the Robertsons were listed in the itemized contributions filed with the FEC this week, which included all donors who gave $200 or more from the time Jindal formed his exploratory committee to June 30. It’s not clear whether Robertson has contributed financially to Jindal’s campaign in the weeks since the June 30 deadline, which would be reported in the next quarterly filing.

Asked for comment, Jindal campaign spokeswoman Shannon Bates Dirmann said, “Willie’s a great friend and we appreciate his endorsement.”
