Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, in Iowa on Friday, expressed support for President George W. Bush’s decision to invade Iraq and disdain for the way President Obama handled the aftermath of the war, in an interview on Iowa Public Television.

“The problems we face in Iraq today I don’t think were because of President Bush’s strength but have come about because of President Obama’s weakness,” Jindal said.

Jindal, in his appearance on Iowa Press, was also asked about his presidential aspirations, the death penalty and Louisiana’s budget crunch.
