Former Louisiana Gov. Edwin Edwards is now in the real estate business, and so is his wife, Trina.

The duo is being touting among the “newest family members” of the Denham Springs-based Keller Williams-backed Tammy Jo & Company real estate firm’s Facebook page.

The post includes contact info for both, complete with email addresses.

In February, convicted felon Edwards won approval from the Louisiana Real Estate Commission to apply for a real estate broker’s license.

Edwards, a Democrat who served four terms as governor, lost a recent bid to represent Louisiana’s 6th District in Congress. He was in federal prison from 2002 to 2011 on 17 counts of racketeering, extortion, mail fraud and other federal charges.
