Dropping oil prices continue to impact state budget _lowres

The latest five-year Louisiana revenue vs. budget forecast projects continuing $1 billion-plus shortfalls in the coming state fiscal years.

Based on the Jindal administration report, state government is facing a $1.38 billion shortfall in the fiscal year that starts July 1.
