Like a bad penny, Gov. Bobby Jindal’s televised response to the 2009 State of the Union speechkeeps turning up as a vehicle to ridicule him for his delivery, which makes him sound as if he is talking to a kindergarten class.

On Thursday night, it was Jimmy Fallon’s turn. Fallon, host of The Tonight Show on NBC, dropped a video clip from the speech into his monologue and performed an impression of Jindal slow-walking to the microphone at its onset.
