Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal became the nation's first Indian-American governor in 2008. But if he runs in the 2016 presidential race, don't expect him to discuss his race much.

In a statement released to Politico for a story on race and the 2016 race, Jindal said he's "against the idea of the hyphenated American."
