U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas has become the third GOP presidential candidate to announce plans for a campaign rally in Louisiana on the eve of the state’s presidential primary.

Cruz has scheduled an event at the Castine Center in Mandeville at 7:30 p.m. Friday. Louisiana voters cast their votes in the primary on Saturday. Tickets are available online.

GOP frontrunner Donald Trump plans to hold a rally in New Orleans that evening, while U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida will hold a rally in Baton Rouge.
