Advocate columnist Stephanie Grace weighs in on tonight's final televised U.S. Senate debate at LSU featuring Mary Landrieu, Bill Cassidy and Rob Maness.
Here are five of Grace's big takeaways from the hour-long debate:
1) No surprises on issues.
2) Cassidy seriously aggressive v. Landrieu. Both pretty short-tempered. Things are close, and tense.
3) Bollinger discussion pretty interesting.
4) Maness's lack of experience really showed.
5) It's hard to tell live who came off best on TV. What did you think? Cassidy didn't wrap up his ending neatly because he ran out of time. Landrieu is clearly the best/most seasoned at this, which is no suprise. She's been here many, many times before, both during this campaign and previous ones.
