A cold front will bring breezy, cloudy, cold and rainy conditions to south Louisiana starting Tuesday evening through early Friday, the National Weather Service says.

After a stretch of highs in the upper 70s, expect a rainy Tuesday, followed by highs on Wednesday through Friday in the low to mid-50s.

Nighttime lows will trend downward, dipping from the mid-60s Monday to the mid-40s Tuesday and the mid-30s Thursday.

Rain chances, at 60 percent to 90 percent Tuesday, will drop to 50 percent by the end of the day Wednesday and 20 percent on Thursday.
