I will not take the time to refute or comment on all the misstatements and hyperbole of the letter from Davy Brooks in The Advocate on June 22. But I really must take exception to his last sentence in his letter, when he says, (wink) (nod) that “One has to wonder.”

Brooks certainly has the right to paint all who disagree with any of the policies of the current president as racist, but he should at least state it plainly.

Our current president is a man who has never run a company, met a payroll, had to accomplish any productive task, or be accountable for any of his actions.

No matter his color, based solely on his actions to date as president, I think he is a complete incompetent! (Frankly, I also feel the same way about a former president, Jimmy Carter.)
