The director of The Baton Rouge Council on Aging gets accused of taking advantage of a 95-year old woman by making herself the executor of her estate. The state director of the COA says she broke the rules of the COA. The state director says she's letting the governor's office handle the investigation. The governor's office says it's letting the Baton Rouge COA do its own investigation. So the governor's solution is to let the director and her in-house lawyer who drew up the will handle theirs own investigation.Where is the Baton Rouge district attorney or the state attorney general? Maybe they could get state Rep. C. Denise Marcelle to do the investigation. She has already announced that it's just a witch hunt.
