But you know that this is not factually correct? From the Bureau of Labor Statistics for June 2014 — — Louisiana is 15th lowest at 5.0 percent. The lowest was North Dakota with 2.7 percent, and the highest was Rhode Island at 7.9 percent.

Louisiana is in the lower third of state unemployment rates and smack in the middle if you compare the absolute rate.

No way is it “lowest” as mentioned in your article.

Please correct me if I’m wrong here.
