Regarding the recent letter from Rodrigo M. Solorzano Sr. about Thomas Sowell:
If the gentleman doesn’t like the columns of Thomas Sowell in the newspaper, he is welcome to ignore them and read something else. From Mr. Solorzano’s point of view, I’m sure he felt he made some good points. However, when he lobbied to have The Advocate discontinue Mr. Sowell’s columns, he came across as trying to stifle free speech. Does Mr. Solorzano really expect you folks to print only what he approves of?
