The Nov. 21 cartoon shows Secretary of State John Kerry in disarray, blubbering something about the need to understand the behavior of the terrorists in Paris.
On the other side of the cartoon, “Average American” tells us how dumb Kerry really is. And how smart we have been for not electing him president!
The message of this cartoon is simple and blunt. Any attempt to understand your enemy is a waste of time. Just bomb him and maybe send in the troops?
This sounds like foreign policy according to Donald Trump.
Or perhaps it represents an unusual school of policing, which says forget about the M.O. of criminals, just blast away at whatever.
Funny? Not very.
