Brennan never officially backed out of his April commitment to LSU but reopened his recruitment in October given his uncertainty of the direction of the Tigers offense. He was courted by a handful of schools but reaffirmed his pledge the day after Matt Canada was hired as offensive coordinator. The record-breaking QB can put zip and accuracy on his passes and is able to make throws outside of the pocket.
