Even a recent official visit to Texas couldn’t dissuade Vincent from upholding his pledge to LSU. Known for playing with moxie, Vincent makes up for his lack of size with elite speed and agility. The electric cornerback, who excels in the classroom, is the son of the player who was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in 1992.

HONORS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

Vincent participated in the Under Armour All-America Game, registering three tackles and returning two punts for 20 yards. … As a senior, he notched 63 tackles, three sacks, 14 pass breakups and eight interceptions, returning three of those INTs for touchdowns. … Named the Beaumont Enterprise newspaper's Super Gold Defensive Player of the Year.

I know there were several games he went up against D-I receivers and he wanted to do everything in his power to show he was the best player on the field that day.”
