HONORS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

Thomas participated in the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star game. … As a senior, he had 57 tackles and seven sacks, finishing his high school career with 152 and 21.

"Justin has good knowledge of the game," Spanish Fort coach Ben Blackmon told AL.com. "He's a good edge rusher. He's got good feet. He just has to work on getting stronger and bigger and just the fundamentals of the game. I think getting in there early will be an advantage for him."
