LSU tumbled 12 and spots in the two major college football polls after Saturday's 37-7 loss at Mississippi State.

The Tigers (2-1, 0-1 Southeastern Conference) are No. 23 in the Armway coaches poll and No. 25 in the AP poll, both released Sunday afternoon. 

Mississippi State (3-0, 1-0) entered the coaches poll at No. 19 and the AP at No. 17. The Bulldogs got their biggest win over LSU on Saturday in the 111-game series between the schools.
