The site of many LSU baseball memories will look much different next time the Tigers see it.
Mississippi State's Dudy Noble Field, Pole-Dement Stadium, which has hosted four SEC tournaments, a number of NCAA Regionals and two Super Regionals, is being renovated this offseason. And according to a video posted by current Bulldogs and former LSU coach Andy Cannizaro, the demolition has begun in earnest.

The renovations to the field began in June, according to a report from WCBI.
This is a good time to be a college baseball fan.
The $55 million renovations will add 400 club seats and 116 loge seats. The stadium is seeing its 17 suites expanded to 20 and heavily renovated. The cost for a suite at Dudy Noble this year was $14,000.
The renovations are expected to be completed enough for games to be held at the stadium by 2018.
