LSU won, 21-14.

LSU coaches and fans will be closer to the edge of their seats on Wednesday than ever before.

This year’s National Signing Day should be more active and entertaining than any the program has seen in years, recruiting analysts say.

LSU has just 19 commits, one of the fewest among those highly ranked in national team rankings (LSU is No. 4, 6, 7). That coupled with the host of highly touted LSU targets who have been lured by ESPN to hold off on a decision so the network can televise it Wednesday will make for “a much more active signing day we’ve seen in a long time,” said TigerBait.com’s Mike Scarborough.
