A video has surfaced reportedly showing LSU running back Leonard Fournette and a teammate involved in a street fight-style incident. But LSU team spokesman Michael Bonnette tells TMZ and The Advocate that the episode is just horeseplay.

On Wednesday evening, Fournette issued an apology and said he was just "slap boxing."

"I would like to apologize to everyone, but we were not fighting, just slap boxing but again I would like to apologize to everyone again," Fournette said via Twitter.

In the video, Fournette and teammate Garrett Brumfield square off in a game where, Bonnette said, "they basically have to touch the other person twice."

"What you don't see is when the video cuts off, they hug it out. They're not mad at each other. No one was injured," Bonnette said.
