What to watch: The Tigers could use as many as seven pitchers in this one. Bain gets the starting nod after missing a start Sunday with the rainout at Georgia, but he’ll go no more than two innings, coach Paul Mainieri said. The Tigers need to tune up a bullpen that was used little in the two games against the Bulldogs.

Know your opponent: Tulane has an RPI of 44, and the Green Wave just took a series from nationally ranked Central Florida. LSU tagged Duester for four earned runs and six hits in 3.1 innings the last time the teams met — a 13-7 LSU win March 24.
