LSU will begin the 2014 season with nine night games.

The Tigers (5-2, 1-2 Southeastern) and No. 3 Ole Miss (6-0, 3-0) meet at either 6:30 p.m. or 6:15 p.m. on Oct. 25, the league announced Monday.

A network and exact time hasn’t been determined as ESPN decides between a trio of games that weekend: LSU-Ole Miss, Tennessee-Alabama and South Carolina-Auburn. One of the games will be on each ESPN, ESPN2 and SEC Network. The network will be announced Sunday.

LSU opened the season with seven televised night games. The Tigers’ eighth game against Kentucky on Saturday is slated to kick at 6:30 p.m. on the SEC Network.
