Fans looking to purchase — or re-purchase — tickets to LSU's relocated season opener against BYU on Saturday in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome can do so starting with presales Wednesday at 10 a.m. and sales to the general public at 4 p.m.

Every ticket and parking pass purchased for the game originally scheduled to take place at NRG Stadium in Houston will be refunded and processed by the outlet it was purchased through, including the schools, Lone Star Sports & Entertainment and Ticketmaster, according to an AdvoCare Texas Kickoff news release.

Presales for the game in New Orleans, including purchases through the participating schools, will begin Wednesday at 10 a.m. Tickets open to the general public will go on sale Wednesday at 4 p.m. through ticketmaster.com.

The LSU Ticket Office listed the groups eligible for presale tickets:

  • Fans who purchased tickets from the LSU Ticket Office to the game originally scheduled for NRG Stadium
  • LSU football season ticket holders
  • Full-time LSU students who meet all student ticket eligibility

Prices will range from $40.00 to $215.00 per ticket. Parking will be available only on game day for $40.00 per space.

On WNXX-FM 104.5 in Baton Rouge on Tuesday morning, LSU athletic director Joe Alleva said those who bought tickets for the game in Houston will have first priority for tickets in New Orleans, followed by LSU football season-ticket holders, then LSU students and finally the general public.

LSU's ticket office can be reached at lsutix.net or 225-578-2184.

Kickoff is 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
