With DJ Chark and Russell Gage leaving LSU after this season, four-star wide receiver Kenan Jones comes to Baton Rouge at a good time for the Tigers.

In a class that runs deep with wide receivers, LSU signed the 6-foot-3 Jones as the No. 10 player out of Louisiana in the 2018 class over schools like Florida State and Ole Miss.

It wasn't easy, though. Jones was originally committed to LSU back in January, but decided to open up his recruitment again in February before ultimately recommitting to LSU in May.

In his final two seasons at Berwick, Jones caught 92 passes for 1,795 yards and 17 touchdowns.

What They’re Saying: "Kenan’s a good kid, fully qualified, realizes what he’s got at stake,” Berwick coach Eric Holden told 247Sports. “He’s a hard worker. We have a lot of kids like him, and he does a good job of setting the tone around here and showing guys good things happen when you work for them.”
